The refurbishment and conversion of a formal office block into a secondary school in the heart of London was managed in three phases to minimise disruption to the local community and neighbouring church.

The project included a new build sports hall and roof top social area, as well as the removal and re-instalment of listed stained-glass windows. Operational developments ensured a safe and accessible use of the building.
