The new project of Panattoni Europe in the south western suburbs of Warsaw. The warehouse is located near S8 expressway ensuring easy access to the Warsaw city center and Chopin airport.

The project features a single modern class A building of approximately 54 400 m2, offering high quality warehouse and office space. The building was designed with particular emphasis on reducing greenhouse emissions by including designed cold storages, providing users with electric car charging stations and infrastructure for cyclists.

Gleeds Polska team provided BREEAM certification services. The building was awarded with the highest result at the time in Commercial Logistics/Industrial BREEAM NC 2016 category.
