Kamlesh has 20 years’ experience in the construction industry in the Aviation, Residential, Hotel and Commercial sectors covering all aspects of quantity surveying from pre-tender to post- contract.
During his time with Gleeds he has provided International Cost Management services for a range of projects in the MENA region, mainly in Qatar. He is experienced in the preparation of Bill of Quantities, Cost planning and Value Engineering in this region. He has also worked with FIDIC and NEC Forms of Contract. Kamlesh’s involvement on large scale projects has enabled him to appreciate the constraints and issues associated with major projects and international locations. Kamlesh has also managed a team of commercial staff on major projects.
