Ken joined the Executive Board in 2011 and leads on the management and strategic development of our UK operations. In addition he has responsibility for corporate risk, health and safety and sits on the HR, remuneration and IT boards.
Based in London, Ken oversees the network of 16 UK offices, which represent circa 60% of Gleeds’ global turnover.
Ken is a chartered quantity surveyor and has over 35 years’ experience in the industry, working across most sectors. He led the development of Gleeds’ due diligence service offering and has advised on complex public private procurement models and landmark buildings in the UK. Ken also worked with Marks and Spencer to provide specialist consultancy services for their business for over 30 years.
