Chris is an experienced industry professional, with over 24 years’ experience in delivering complex technical construction solutions.
Chris has been based in Hong Kong for the last 13 years and has a strong commercial and technical background. Chris has a record of creating growth, driving change and improving performance, successfully delivering projects across the Asia Pacific region in a number of sectors, including: industrial, retail, commercial offices, telecoms, residential and hotels.
Chris has acted as client, advisor and contractor on projects with Capex spends of between $10m and $3bn and thus has a thorough understanding of the full construction life cycle. He has hands on experience in delivering project and cost / commercial management, development management, technical due diligence, asset & facilities management, risk management and procurement advice to clients.
